This evening, some neighbours of Noubarris district and its surroundings had enjoyed our singular 'Homenaje a Lorca' (Lorca's Homage) with four shows of the play since 19.15h in Noubarris District Seat under the auspice of the neighbourhood feasts.

What it's 'Homenaje a Lorca' about?
'Homenaje a Lorca' (Lorca's Homage) is an initiatory tour around Granada's author and poet, where some of his less known characters appear. It's a proposal stated by dint of contrasts, with chiaroscuro as a place where magic lies, where anyone can be anything or many things at a time; and the blinding light, as an indisputable truth that burns and equalizes everything, where nuances are not allowed, just annulation and kept silence. A walk around topics like the impossibility of being, the complaints, the oppression of collective fiction or the mutability of conventions to see the world with new eyes.

The play itself had a good critique by both the audience and the crew/staff members of Noubarris feasts, there were even some moments where some spontaneous people were momentarily participants of the play with some comment or involuntary reaction. Nevertheless, it's noticeable that this play has some track behind, and we're able to solve this petty details without problems, feeling the public that close, allowing yourself to play with them and feel the union in community eases the scene tasks, and you know how to react to the inconveniences in an almost innate way.
To all the assisting audience, thank you very much, though I haven't seen their faces, the fact of noticing their caress and love brings you more than any vision. I also want to acknowledge and congratulate the rest of the cast members for knowing how to measure up once again. 'Homenaje a Lorca' will be staged again soon, so be aware, some surprises are coming.
