Today, in sala Porta4, we've attended to a small press conference where Porta4's billboard for this month of March was presented, a billboard led through the month of women where our play "Lysistrata", in addition to other two montages, was presented. After this presentation, different media specialized in cultural affairs had interviewed the director (Laia Cardona) and me, sharing also some opinions with the members of the other montages who attended the press conference as well. Here's an article (in Spanish) explaining the event and a small video too.

Our "Lysistrata" is getting in a good shape and there's only a little to polish to arrive to our premiere on the 4th of March. Until then, we'll keep rehearsing and working with all our will to make the premiere and the rest of gigs something great to remember and entertaining to the audiences. My sensations about this project are better than I could imagine, and I'm looking forward to seeing how the public reacts.
What is 'Lysistrata' about?
Lysistrata (Greek: Λυσιστράτη "the one who dissolves the army") is Aristophanes' most famous play.
We travel to Athens in 411a.C, in the middle of a war between Athens and Sparta that lasts for twenty year. Before the dark reality and stubbornness of men to keep on fighting, women, led by Lysistrata, will take a sexual strike in order to get that peace needed in Greek city states. In the absence of making love... will they finish the war?
A Greek style comical utopia.
